    good fit/and some tips

First one took an hour to install, second one about 20 minutes. A couple of tips to make life just a bit easier. 1. Remove the window. 2. To install, start in a corner, put either the outside or inside lip into the window frame grove and using a screw driver, squeeze in the other side lip. Just do a few inches at a time. After you have installed several inches of seal, hold it in place with a wire tie and keep going using wire ties where needed. When finished, rubber makes a tight seal against the window frame and you may have to squeeze it down tight, I just used my fingers. There is a left and right gasket. Easy way to tell is the gasket has a notch molded in for the window latch. Mine fit perfect. Great product.

    excellent fit

Just installed both gaskets. First one took around an hour and the second one was done in less than half an hour. Here are a few tips to make life a bit easier. 1. Starting in one corner, put the lip (rib) in the corresponding groove and using a screw driver push the opposite side into its groove. After several inches are installed fasten it down with a wire tie. Just do several inches at a time, it is so limber and floppy it will just keep falling out. Now just keep working your way around and you may have to stretch it a bit to go around the next corner. When you are all done you may have to give it a finish nudge to seat them down tight. I just just used my thumbs.
An update: I have my doors completely apart for a total rebuild/restoration (and in my living room). It is a lot easier if your top section is not installed, cause there several little parts that WILL fall into the door when you fumble finger it. With it apart you can sit on the floor and have at it! After I was all done, it was a bit tight on the bottom and would try and lift and squeeze the rubber when closing the window. A little bit of grease on the window frame and the corresponding seal took care of the problem and I think they will wear in. Best of all, windows seal tight, look like factory and it really was not that hard to do. Great replacement product!!!

    Great fit

They were great quality and fit the window. Being my first time installing something like this I thought it was very easy to do.
