"In Stock" items generally ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping will ensure package ships within 24 hours (week days only), providing everything is in stock. Drop Ship items are subject to manufacturer's lead times. Orders with back order or out of stock items will ship when everything is in stock.

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

Orders over $99 qualify for economy shipping if shipping to the contiguous 48 US States. We will choose the most economical way to ship your order. If you require a specific carrier for your order, you will need to choose and pay for that option at checkout. Additional insurance or freight charges may be added if specified upon purchase.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous, such as paints and chemicals, may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be identified on the part description page.

Lost & Damaged Items

Once a package is picked up by the carrier, Cruiser Corps no longer maintains liability for the shipment. Delays and/or lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier.

For damaged items, let us know within 48 hours of delivery if any goods arrive damaged. We will do our best to resolve the situation, but just need some help from you. Please keep all original shipping containers and packaging and take pictures. Damaged Goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. Failure to photograph and keep all packaging materials for inspection will, in most cases, disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

Lost or damaged shipment claims are filed with the carrier and subject to their investigation and timeline. We will work with both parties as much as we can to find a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned products must be unused and include the original box and/or packaging with all part labels included. A 20% restocking fee, or $5.00 minimum, will be applied to all returned items.  A credit will be issued after inspections of returned items to the original payment method within 30 days (check/cash/money order excluded). After 30 days the refund will be issued as in store credit.

We do not accept returns for used or special order parts.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and logistics for returns. Packages shipped COD will be rejected. International returns should be marked as a "Merchandise Return."

Request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by emailing us at contact@cruisercorps.com. Please include sales order number, part number, and reason for return. Write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box.

Please retain your return tracking information. Cruiser Corps is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Cruiser Corps when your return is processed which will include the details of payment credit.
