How to File a Protection+ Claim


When you purchase a product with Protection+ package protection, you will get an email with your Protection+ Order ID and a link to file a claim.

How to File a Claim from Your Email:


1. Open your email from Cruiser Corps.
2. In the email, copy your Protection+ Order ID and then click FILE A CLAIM.
3. In the claim form, fill out the required information–email address, subject line, and claim type, etc.
4. Once you choose a claim type (lost, stolen, or damaged), paste or type the Protection+ Order ID into the required field.
5. Fill out the remaining fields and click Submit. Note: Please accurately fill out all required fields so we can help you as quickly as possible!

Deadlines to File a Claim


All claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipping date.
Ensure you file a claim within the respective deadlines:
Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked “delivered.”
Lost: Within 7 days for US Domestic or Canada (20 days for other international countries) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Stolen: Within 15 days of when the package was marked “delivered.”
