Customer Service

Order Accuracy:

Cruiser Corps makes every effort to ship only the products that you order. If you have made a mistake in your selection, and you want to exchange your product, we will gladly exchange it but you will pay for the necessary shipping costs. If we have sent you the product then WE are responsible for shipping costs. All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of when the order was shipped (60 days for international orders). If we have made the mistake, then we will cover the shipping expenses. We will cover the replacement costs of items that are flawed. We are not responsible for parts damaged after use.

Product Quality:

We look for the best  products to offer our customers. We work very hard to inspect these products before they leave our location. But because our products come from all over the world and in various packages, it is impossible to inspect every component of every assembly. The Toyota Land Cruiser was/is assembled from parts manufactured throughout the Pacific Rim, and we do not have direct access to all the various manufacturing plants. Nor do we have any input regarding their quality control. And because these classic light trucks were not originally built under today's tight mechanical specifications, some irregularities do exist. Similarly, we order some OE parts direct from Toyota Corp. of Japan, and they will not accept returns, or compensate us for small flaws that we may discover. We work concientiously to do what is right for our customer, but some quality control measures are beyond our ability to control.

Packaging:

Cruiser Corps works hard to safely package all products. We use industry standard packing materials including U-Line® boxes, wrapping paper, and bubble wrap. We also consult with our carriers and comply with their techniques for packaging fragile and oversized items. If your product is damaged in transport it is more than likely the result of transport. We will work within the transport companies’ guidelines to help recover the cost of damaged goods.

Shipping Methods:

We understand that the often confusing expenses associated with shipping can turn away some customers. We offer an estimated shipping calculator before you place your order to help reduce surprises. We ship orders according to the shipping preference that you requested when you place your order. Once your order leaves our office, we have no control over the transport company, nor do we assume any responsibility if your carrier loses your package. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be processed. Then it will be shipped.

International:

Customer is responsible for their country's duties, import fees, and/or customs charges. We will work with you as best we can to find the best shipping options possible.

Delays:

Delays in processing your order can occur. Occasionally our local OEM (Toyota) supplier may be out of stock but will be expecting replacements soon (within 24-72 hours). You will be notified within two business days if your order is delayed. We will notify you by email that your order is in “Processing” and that it will be shipped out soon (usually within 10 working days).

Shipping Insurance:

USPS shipments do NOT included insurance. We are not responsible if USPS loses or damages your package. FedEx shipments DO included insurance up to the total value of the package. If FedEx loses or damages your package, a claim will be filed and if FedEx accepts liability, your items will be replaced or refunded.
